Me, Myself, and I

No matter what decisions we make, paths we take, or people we meet, at the end of the day we have to live with ourselves. Who are you? What do you want? What does your future look like? We ask these questions everyday to ourselves. If you don’t, you should. What are you going to do to make a difference for you in your own life? Getting in touch with yourself is the most powerful thing you can do for yourself. Your cells talk to each other. Your subconscious is always listening. What are you going to tell it? The feelings you feel are not logical. You can train yourself to start seeing the positives in any situation. When you see positives and train your brain to think a certain way, you will begin noticing significant changes in your physical being. You will be able to handle stress much better. You will feel more relaxed. You may not panic in high stress situations. This is not an overnight process. This will take time. As you begin becoming purposefully aware of your feelings, you will be able to talk to yourself and control them. To be positive  you have to become positive. You are a mirror to this world. You reflect exactly what you think and feel. If you think negatively, you will reflect and project that energy into this world. Individuals who are more in tune with their higher self, will feel that right away and get away from it. Human beings naturally gravitate towards positive things, things that feel good. Figure out how your mind works. Work on your attitude. Work on the things that are within your control. You will be a much happier person.
