Monday has a negative connotation for many. I think of Monday as the second day of the week, not the first day working. Today is a cold brisk day and for that I am thankful. I can dress in layers and feel comfortable. I have a bunch of errands to run today and then I will be taking advantage of working out. Ever since I joined the gym again, I feel so much better. The first week is hard to do, but then you establish a routine. That routine I am craving now. Develop good habits and you will see that you can get used to anything that seems hard or impossible. It takes self discipline and determination. You can do it!
