Need more hours in the day????

GET UP EARLY! When you allocate your waking time in a productive way, you will feel better. I was guilty the last few days of going back to bed when the kids went to school. It was a huge time waster. I felt groggy, lazy, and as if I didn’t have the time for anything. I woke up without an alarm clock at 5am today and decided to just get up. I made coffee, cleaned, enjoyed the sunrise, and now I am full of positive energy. It felt good to be the only one up and have time to myself. No one was asking me for anything and that felt sooooooo gooooood.
